摘　　要：3120天然气机是在深入分析并借鉴国外风冷柴油机的先进技术的基础上,研制开发的国内第一台风冷式天然气发动机。其设计指标先进、性能优越,它先进的数字式电气系统、气气混合的预混式进气系统、特殊设计的配气机构及完善的保护功能,均为天然气发动机所特有;并且其强制式空气冷却方式,彻底解决了水冷发动机的漏水及穴蚀等问题。同时重点介绍3120天然气机的性能指标、结构特点以及台架试验等。并简要介绍道依茨FL913和太脱拉T3(A)系列风冷柴油机技术在本发动机上的应用情况。The 3120FT natural gas engine is developed for the first engine at home after we have carefully and deeply analyzed the advanced technologies of air cooled engines in the worldwide and introduced them into the development. It features the advanced data, higher performance because of the advanced digital electronic system, air/gas premixture intake system, Specially designed valve train,and perfect protection function. Forced air cooling resolves the problems such as water leakage, cavitation existing in water cooled engines. The paper emphasizes on introducing the engine performance, structure and performance test etc. . At the same time, the paper simply describes the application of the technologies from DEUTZ FL913 and TATRA3CA) air cooled diesel engines.
