摘  要:将五种山羊草细胞质导入普通小麦 ,研究其对普通小麦主要农艺性状的遗传效应。结果表明 ,沙伦山羊草、粗厚山羊草和瓦维洛夫山羊草细胞质使普通小麦育性降低 ,离果山羊草、沙伦山羊草细胞质对普通小麦的农艺性状存在不良效应 ,五个性状中 ,除穗下节间长和单株有效分蘖数差异不显著外 ,旗叶面积、株高、结实率均存在细胞质效应。这说明只有导入合适的异源细胞质 。Genetic effect of allocytoplasm on main characters of wheat were studied, using five types of Aegilops transferred to Triticum . The result showed that Ae.sharonensis, Ae. vavilovii and Ae. crassa cytoplasm made Triticum fertility down, Ae. triuncialis and Ae.sharonensis cytoplasm had some negative effects. Such as plant height, flag leaf area and seed setting rates of five types of characters had cytoplasm effect except for internode length below spike and effective tiller, which showed that allocytoplasm hybrid workable was created with suitable allocytoplasm transferred.
