摘 要:报导了直接封口化成的 40Ah方型密封MH /Ni电池的研制情况。针对降低电池内压这一关键技术要求 ,提出了适当降低负极填充密度、控制电解液量和采用促进氧气复合与氢气吸收的电极结构等措施。该电池经过 2 0 0次充放电循环后 ,0 .2C充电 6h时的最高内压为 0 .5MPa ,容量衰减小于 4%。A sealed prismatic MH/Ni battery with 40Ah was designed and prepared successfully. In order to reduce the internal pressure inside the battery, several measures were adopted. They included proper reduction of filling density of negative electrode, control of electrolyte amount, and a special electrode structure to promote the combination of oxygen and absorption of hydrogen. The maximum internal pressure of such a battery was only 0.50MPa after charging of 0.2C for 6h. Its discharge capacity degrades less than 4% after 200 cycles.
