摘  要:探讨了影响MH/Ni电池 1C充放电性能的若干因素 ,采用以下工艺 :(1)正极中添加 7%CoO粉 ;(2 )MH电极进行特殊的表面处理 ;(3 )正、负极容量匹配比在 1∶1.4~ 1∶1.5之间 ;(4 )采用循序渐进式的封口化成工艺 ;能有效提高电池的大电流充放电性能。通过试验 ,AA型电池 1C放电至 1.2V的容量占放电至 1.0V的容量的 80 %以上 ,1C全充放循环 10 0次电池容降小于 3 % ,放电电压在 1.2V以上的容量仍占 60The factors that affected charge and discharge at 1C for MH/Ni battery were discussed. The following technologies were used to improved the performance of MH/Ni battery: (1)add 7% amount of CoO in positive electrode.(2)special surface treatment of MH electrode;(3)design of a negative capacity 40%-50% greater than positive;(4)different condition for the seal formation. The discharge capacity ratio of AA MH/Ni battery 1C to1.2V to that discharged to 1.0V at 1C was over 80%.After 100 cycles at 1C, the capacity reduced less than 3%.,and the capacity ratio of the battery discharged to 1.2V to that discharged to 1.0V was over 60%
