摘　　要：文章介绍了一个由工控机与西门子直流调速器联网组成的计算机调速控制系统。采用基于 RS485接口的 USS协议实现了工控机与多台直流调速器的串行通信控制。本系统的独到之处在于不需购置额外的系统组态附件即实现联网调速 ,为钢管轧机的控制提供了一个低成本。This paper introduces a computer SR control system composed of PC and Siemens DC speed regulators.The serial communication control between PC and multiple DC speed regulators is realied by using USS protocol based on the RS485 interface.The advantage of this system is that the speed regulation on network is accomplished without using the system cofiguration attachments.Thereby a scheme for controlling the rolling mills with low-cost but high-performance is provided.
