摘 要:为保证叶片和机组的安全可靠性,需准确确定其激振力、振动特性、动应力及疲劳寿命等并进行安全性评价。采用改进的局部应力应变法,考虑机组启停循环、振动应力、腐蚀环境、叶片表面加工、缺口应力集中等因素,对905mm叶片的低周和高周疲劳寿命进行计算分析与评价。研究了叶片近根部附近出汽侧水蚀缺口状态对疲劳寿命的影响及机组调峰运行和非调峰运行时905mm叶片的疲劳寿命。In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the blades and steam turbine unit,it is necessary to determine their excit-ing force,vibration characteristics,dynamic stress and fatigue life etc.accurately,and to carry out safety evaluation.In this article,by using the modified local stress-strain method,the low-cycle and high-cycle fatigue life of the905mm blades were analyzed and evaluated with various factors taken into consideration such as unit's start-up and stop cycling,vibration stress,corrosion environ-ment ,fabrication of blade surface,stress concentration on notch,and so on.The impact of water erosion notch at the trailing edge of blade and close to the root on the fatigue life of blade was studied.At the same time ,the fatigue life of the905mm blade was analyzed while the unit being in cyclic operation and in noncyclic operation.
