摘　　要：针对绥中发电厂800MW机组锅炉制粉系统存在的磨煤机磨辊局部磨损严重、辊轴密封风口处磨损、磨盘下部各处漏粉等问题,进行详细分析,并提出相应的解决措施。通过综合治理,大大提高了机组运行安全性和经济性。There are two 800MW generating units installed in Liaoning Suizhong Power Plant.Serious local abrasion and leakage problems existed in the coal pulverizing systems ,since the units were put into operation.This article analyzed these problems in de-tail and put forward the corresponding solving measures.Through improvement and optimization,these problems have been solved,thus the economics and safety of the units are raised greatly.
