摘　　要：针对目前我国发电设备状态检修工作中遇到的困难,从规划管理的角度提出成功实施的几个关键要素,即理解状态检修的现实含义;注重观念传播和培训;分阶段实施规划;取得管理部门的全程支持;部署专门的状态检修机构和人员;配备必要的硬件设备和软件支持系统等。Aiming at solving the problems arising out of implementation of condition-based maintenance(CBM)for equipment in pow-er plants,this paper proposes some essentials for success in the view of project management ,such as,clarifying what the practical CBM is,focusing on training of personnel and transmission of notions,implementing by stages,winning the overall support from ad-ministrant branches,deploying special institution and human resources for CBM,equipping necessary hardware and software,etc..
