摘　　要：针对北方寒冷地区的冬季保温问题进行论述 ,提出了采用自限温的电热带新型保温法。并从经济、运行、管理、安全、效果等方面 ,把传统保温和电热带保温进行了比较 ,显示出电热带保温的优越性。阐述了电热带的工作原理和技术性能 。According to the heat insulation problems in winter in north cool area new type heat insulation method self temperature limiting heating strip is proposed and decided to adopt. The comparison with traditional heat insulation is carried out from economy, operation, management, safety and other aspects. The advantages of self temperature limiting heating strip are revealed. At last the working principle, technical performances, working experience and countermeasures are elaborated.
