摘　　要：本文论述了地理位置、交通条件及国家方针政策影响域市兴衰的三大因素,同时要善于把握住国际、国内经济发展战略,促进城市发展.This article discussed three mainly factors that affecting the rising and falling of a city, it included geographical position, transportation and national policy, and at the same time, it is necessary to hold the international and local developing strategy of city economy, and promote development of the city.
