摘　　要：论述了超声波检测柴油机气缸盖铸造质量的基本原理 ,以及蠕化率与声速的关系 ,并对影响声速的其它因素进行了分析 。This paper dissertated the basic principle of inspecting the casting quality of cylinder-head of diesel engine using ultrasonic method,and discussed the relation of vermicular graphite rate and ultrasonic velocity,and analyzed the other factors that influence the ultrasonic velocity,realized speediness of inspecting the casting quality of cylinder-head of diesel engine using ultrasonic.
