暗褐蝈螽(Gampsocleis sedakovii)后足复合胫听器的形态学研究

摘　　要：采用Spurr’s包埋法 ,对暗褐蝈螽 (Gampsocleissedakovii)成体后足胫节做连续半薄切片并进行镜检分析 ,详细观察了其复合胫听器的形态学特征 ,并与前、中足进行了比较 .结果表明 :暗褐蝈螽后足复合胫听器由膝下器 (SO)、中间器 (IO)和听脊 (CA)三部分构成 ;其具橛感器数目明显少于前中足 ,膝下器、中间器和听脊的具橛感器数目分别为 32± 3,13(10 ,3) ,10± 2 ;听脊具橛感器的帽细胞直径、覆膜距气管背壁的距离、覆膜宽度及气管背壁宽度呈明显递减趋势 ;气管在SO出现以前已分支成一小的前气管和一大的后气管 ,前后气管在距听脊末端 0 .4 6mm处合并 .The serial sections of the hindleg tibia of adult bushcricket Gampsocleis sedakovii are made with Spurr's embedding method and studied carefully.The morphology of the complex tibial organ is reported and compared with foreleg and midleg.The results show that:The complex tibial organ of Gampsocleis Sedakovii in hindleg consists of subgenual organ,intermediate organ and crista acoustica;the numbers of scolopidia are respectively 32±3,13(10,3) and 10±2 in subgenual organ,intermediate organ and crista acoustica, much less than foreleg and midleg;in crista acustica,the diameter of the cap cells,the distance between tectorial membrane and dorsal tracheal wall,the width of the tectorial membrane and dorsal wall of scolopidias decreases obviously;the acoustic tracheal is divided into a small anterior tube and a big posterior tube before subgenual organ appearing,these two tubes merge in 0.46 mm distally from crista acoustica end.
