摘 要:本实验用硫酸腺嘌呤预处理方法与经典缺血预处理方法对比分析大鼠心肌酶活性及 SDH的电镜细胞化学结构。雄性 SD大鼠 2 4只 ,分 4组 ,即 组 :正常对照组 ; 组 :缺血再灌注组 ; 组 :经典缺血预处理组 ; 组 :硫酸腺嘌呤预处理组。检测肌酸激酶 (CK)、细胞色素氧化酶 (CCO)及琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)的活性。结果显示 :与 组比 , 组、 组 CK漏出减少 ,CCO、 SDH活性增强 ,细胞超微结构保存良好。结果表明 :硫酸腺嘌呤预处理方法具有类似经典缺血预处理效应。To compare classical ischemic preconditioning with the method of adenine sulphate preconditioning, the changes of activities of enzyems and SDH were obsereved by using electron microscopic cytochemistry 24 male SD rats were divided into 4 groups: the normal control group (group Ⅰ), ischemic reperfusion group (group Ⅱ), ischemic preconditioning group (group Ⅲ, Murry method) and adenine sulphate preconditioning group (group Ⅳ) The activities of creatine kinase (CK), cytochrome oxidase (CCO) and succinic dehydrogenase (SDH) were also detected The resluts shoned that the leaking out of CK in groups Ⅲ,Ⅳ was decreased, the activities of CCO, SDH in groups Ⅲ,Ⅳ were enhanced and the ultrastructure of cardiac muscle cell in groups Ⅲ,Ⅳ was maintained better compared with group Ⅱ It indicated that adenine sulphate preconditioning has similar protective effect as ischemic preconditioning has \;
