广州地区茄疫病的发生及疫霉种鉴定

摘　　要：198 7～ 1999年 ,从广州地区茄的果实、茎、叶及根上分离得到疫霉菌 ,根据形态特征、培养性状及生理特性等方面研究结果 ,鉴定出 4个种 ,其中以辣椒疫霉PhytophthoracapsiciLeon较为普遍 ,烟草疫霉P .nicotianaeVanBredadeHaan次之 ,掘氏疫霉P .drechsleriTucker较少出现 ,致病疫霉P .infestans (Montagne)deBary仅见于春季 ;此外 。Eggplant's Phytophthora disease has been found to be widely occurred in Guangzhou region. An investigation on the disease was carried out in the years of 1987～1999. The diseased fruits, stems, leaves and roots were collected from the fields, and isolation and indentification of the causal fungus was made in the laboratory. Four species of Phytophthora were found to be the pathogans. Among them the most commonly occurred and widly distributed species was P.capsici leon, and the next one was P.nicotianae Van Breda de Haan. The P.drechsleri Tucker, However, Could be found only rorely, while the P.infestans (Montagne) de Bary could be found only in spring. Furthermore, the amound of occurrence of each of the 4 Phytophthora species was found to be closely related to their former crops.
