摘  要:本文对改良式食管-胃腔内弹力环扎术所使用的弹力环进行力学分析,在模拟人体条件下确定了弹力环对组织的压力以及伤口愈合时该压力的变化。动物试验的结果表明,改良式弹力环扎术的吻合口其耐压和抗拉能力提高为原来的4倍,从而使手术更为安全可靠。Modified Intraluminal Elastic Circular Ligation (MIECL)for Oesophagogastrostomy has a bright future since it is simplified, safe and reliable. This paper studies the nonlinear viscoelasticity of the emulsive material used in operation by tensile tests, and analyses the pressure and traction tolerance of anastomotic site by combining the animal experiments with pathological investigation. It shows that the optimal pressure of elastic ring on tissues at the beginning p=4.23 kg/cm^2 is appropriate and its gradual reduction is reasonable for wound healing. The clinical facts reveal that the slipped time of elastic ring and supporting tube in adults, 8-31 days, is safe. The advantages of MIECL is also discussed in detail.
