摘　　要：对钨硅酸催化合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 (DBP)工艺条件进行研究 ,结果表明 :在邻苯二甲酸酐与正丁醇的摩尔配比为 1∶ 3、催化剂用量为反应物总质量的 2 .6%、苯 (带水剂 )用量为反应物总质量的 42 .8%、反应时间为 2 .5 h时 ,产率可达 99.2 2 %。The technological conditions of catalytic synthesis of dibutyl phthalate by tungstosilicic acid was studied in this paper.The experimental results showed that the optimum synthetic conditions were phthalic anhydride/n butylalcohol molar ratio 1∶3,catalyst and benzene amount of total quantity were 2 6% and 42 8%,respectively,the reaction time was 2 5 h,and the yield of dibutyl phthalate was amout to 99 22%.
