摘  要:对低磷胁迫条件下不同磷效率小麦基因型光合特性的有关参数进行了研究。结果表明 ,胁迫条件下磷高效基因型和磷低效基因型旗叶的叶绿素含量、Ca2 + /Mg2 + -ATPase活性和RuBP羧化酶活性等光合特性参数都有所降低。与对照相比 ,磷高效基因型 81(85 )旗叶光合特性各参数的降低幅度较小 ,磷低效基因型Ne37的降低幅度较大。相关分析表明 ,磷利用效率与上述光合特性参数之间均呈正相关 ,尤其与旗叶全展 1~ 14d时RuBP羧化酶活性、Ca2 + -ATPase活性及叶绿素含量达到显著或极显著相关。因此可以用旗叶全展 0~ 14d的RuBP羧化酶活性、Ca2 +Photosynthetic characteristics of typically efficient and inefficient wheat genotypes were studied under low phosphorous stress.The results showed that all the photosynthetic characteristics, such as chlorophyll content,Ca 2+ /Mg 2+ -ATPase activity and RuBPcase activity, in flag leaves of different genotypes decreased under low phosphorous stress. Compared with their own CK,Photosynthetic characteristics of typically efficient wheat genotypes 81(85) reduced lightly and that of inefficient wheat genotypes Ne37 reduced severely. Correlation analysis showed that phosphorous utilization and photosynthetic characteristics,Chlorophyll content, Ca 2+ -ATPase activity and RuBPcase activity of flag leaf during the period 1 to 14th day after full expansion were significantly positive-correlated,so that all the above characteristics can be used as the indices to select phosphorous efficient wheat genotypes.
