侧脑室内注射微量血管紧张素Ⅱ对大鼠胃和十二指肠运动的影响

摘  要:本文以定点记录大鼠胃和十二指肠运动的方法,观察了侧脑室内注射(ICV)微量血管紧张索Ⅱ(AⅡ)对胃和十二指肠运动的影响。发现AⅡ(ICV)能显著增强胃和十二指肠运动。用基丙抗压素(Saralasin,ICV)或阿托品(i.H.)或切断膈下迷走神经均可完全阻断这一增强效应,但该效应却不受酚妥拉明(i.m.或ICV)、心得安(i.m.或ICV)或阿托品(ICV)的影响,提示AⅡ在脑内可能刺激中枢内与调整胃肠运动有关的神经核团,经迷走神经而使胃肠运动增强。Changes in gastric and duodenal motility induced by intracerebro-ventracular(ICV) microinjection of angiotensin Ⅱ(A Ⅱ) were investigated. Gastric and duodenal motility was monitored using the fix points method for recording gastric and duodenol motility in rats. The results were as follows: ICV injection of AⅡ significantly strengthened the gastric and duodenal motility. These effects were abolished by injection of saralasin (ICV), or atropine (i. H.) or by vagotomy. No effects were found in the gastric and duodenal motility after administration of atropine (ICV) or regitine (ICV or i. m.) or propranolol (ICV or i.m.). These results indicate that AⅡ in the brain seems to stimulate the neuronal system which sends the vagus efferents involved in the regulation of the gastric and intestinal nervous system, which in turn causes some increase in gastric and intestinal motility.
