摘　　要：针对地方税务局业务电子化的迫切需要，以实际开发的一个税务局发票管理系统 软件为例，探讨了解决这一需求的方案。并对该软件的设计过程进行了详细分析，从该系 统的结构模型、数据库结构的确定到软件功能的设计与实现都进行了论述。Based on the urgent demand of computerizing businesses of local tax bu reau, this paper presents a project of solution to the demand by citing an examp le of the developed invoice management system software. It gives a detailed anal ysis about the process of designing the software. The points covered in this pap er range from determining the model and database structure to designing and real izing function.
