摘　　要：文章针对目前邮件系统的安全隐患,提出一个面向政府部门的安全电子邮件系统的模型,并介绍其实现的关键技术。该模型主要解决了邮件系统中存在的身份鉴别、防止抵赖、保密性、完整性等安全问题。最后根据当前常用的电子邮件攻击手段给出该系统的安全评估。In this paper,A government-oriented secure electronic mail system and its critical techniques is introduced,based on analyzing the insecure factor of the current electronic mail system.This model mainly solve Authentication,Nonrepudiation,Privacy and Integrity existed in the current mail system.At last a security evaluation to this system is given according to the current means to attack the mail system.
