摘　　要：根据企业办公自动化的需求,结合技术和的层结构,采取分部门、分级别的权限控制方法,开发了一个企业信WebWindows DNA3息发布系统。介绍了系统的体系结构、工作流程和权限控制方法,并对其中的一些关键技术进行了探讨。According to the requirement of OA, develops an enterprise information publication system. It combines the Web technology with Microsoft's Windows DNA 3-tier architecture, and uses right control method in department level with different grade. This paper presents the framework, workflow and right control method of this system, and discusses some of the key technologies. ;;
