摘  要:本实验通过荧光微血管造影的方法观察活体大鼠肺表面微循环,并与普通光下观察法进行了比较。结果显示:1.5%~2.0%的荧光素钠为一良好的肺微循环造影剂,肺微循环的荧光图象与普通光观察法比较,血管显影清晰,边界明确,能准确地测定微血管的真实口径变化,并判断肺血流的方向,区分肺微动、静脉;肺表面微动脉密度明显高于细静脉,以内径<60μm的微动脉最多见,肺微动脉多呈直角分出,直径50~55μm的微动脉内血流速度为0.258±0.021cm/s。Pulmonary microcirculation was visualized by iv injection of sodium fluorescein. The pulmonary arterioles and venules were clearly observed and the inner diameter of the microvessels could be directly measured from television picture. The arterioles visualized on lung surface were more than venules. The blood velocity in arterioles about 50-55 μm in diameter was 0.258±0.021 cm/s by frame to frame measurements. These results suggest that fluorescence angiography by iv bolus injection of sodium fluorescein is available for the observation of the pulmonary microcirculation.
