摘  要:采用自行研制开发的夹层内热风循环式保温箱和 PTC元件箱底供热式保温箱进行了哺乳仔猪局部采暖保温控制试验研究。通过两种采暖保温系统的石英灯管、炕式保温和红外线灯的采暖保温效果相比较 ,结果证明两种系统均能显著降低仔猪的打堆频率 ( P<0 .0 1 )和腹泻发生率 ,提高哺乳仔猪的成活率 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,减少采暖保温的能源成本。其中热风循环式采暖保温系统哺乳仔猪的成活率最高 ,达到了 98.4% ,比炕式保温组高 1 1 .2 % ,比红外线灯组高 1 2 .8%。PTC元件箱底供热式保温箱组取得了最好的节能效果 ,日耗电量为 3.5 8°,比红外线灯组低 0 .6°,比石英灯管组低 1 .0 4°,月能量费用相对降低 1 2 .4元和 2 1 .8元 (按每度 0 .70元计算 )。但是这两种保温系统对仔猪 0~ 2Two different kinds of environment temperature controlled systems are self designed and their functions are to be tested, the first one is Warm Air Circulation incubator and another one is PTC Bottom Heating incubator. Compared with the warm keeping effect of quartz lamp, lying bed and infrared way lamp of two systems, the results show that both systems are able to considerably lower the huddle frequency ( P <0.01) as well as the diarrhea rate, markedly increase the survival rate ( P <0.5)and reduce the energy cost of warm keeping. As for the survival rate, the warm air circulation gets the highest (98.4%) and 11.2% and 12.8% higher than lying bed group and infrared way group respectively. About the energy saving, the PTC bottom heating group is the best one with 3.85kw·h daily electricity consumption and -0.6kw·h and -1.04 kw·h than infrared way lamp group and quartz lamp group respectively, which results in the monthly electricity fee reduced by 12.40 yuan and 21.80 yuan relatively. However, both systems have no significant effect on average daily gain of 0~20 kg piglets.
