摘　　要：在浮头式换热器的设计中 ,仅按GB150-1998中提供的计算公式一般难以确定既满足强度要求又较经济的浮头法兰厚度。本文在文[1]和文[2]的基础上 ,通过对GB150中所列计算公式的分析 ,说明了封头焊入深度对浮头法兰计算厚度的影响 ,然后又给出了确定该参数的一般原则和方法。In the design of float head heat exchangers, it is difficult to determine the thickness of the float head flange according to the equations in GB150-1998. Based on the reference and , and through the analysis of the equations in GB150, the influence of the weld depth to the flange thickness was stated in this paper. Then, the general rules and methods of determining this parameter were proposed.
