摘　　要：叙述了测定乙肝表面抗原IgM复合物的临床意义,检测原理,药盒的制备方法,工艺条件、实际检测结果和对结果的讨论。This paper is mainly concerned with the clinical significance of (Continued from p. 211) detecting the HBsAg. IgM complex. The detecting principle and the preparation method and technology are also presented for the RIA kits. The practical results of detection are given and discussed.
