摘　　要：一、引言胆固醇是甾体激素生物合成的必需前体,这些激素是在肾上腺和其他腺体中合成的。并且发现在动物的器官中以肾上腺的胆固醇浓度最高。With the study of the relationship between the labelling position, derivative series, labelling nuclei respectively and adrenal affinity by means of analytical and inductive method, we obtained some structure-activity relationships of cholesterol analogues as adrenal imaging agent. They are quite useful for the design of new cholesterol analogues as adrenal imaging agent.
