补阳还五汤治疗海洛因依赖脱毒后抗复吸60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补阳还五汤治疗海洛因依赖脱毒后抗复吸的临床疗效。方法:将刚从强制性戒毒所完成脱毒治疗的120例自愿抗复吸人员作为观察对象,随机分成2组,每组各60例。治疗组服用补阳还五汤加服泰必利,对照组单服泰必利,观察治疗6月,停药后再追踪观察6月。结果:治疗组 43例完成治疗,操守率为71.67％,对照组21例完成治疗,操守率35.00％,2组比较,差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。停药半年后追踪观察,治疗组29例无复吸,操守率48.33％,对照组9例无复吸,操守率为15.00％,2组比较,差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。结论:补阳还五汤对海洛因依赖脱毒后抗复吸有显著疗效。ve: To observe the clinical effect of Buyang huanwu Tang (BHT) for avoidance of narcotic retaking after heroin abstinence. Methods: 120 cases after forcible abstinence were allocated to two groups , in which 60 cases treated by BHT and Tiapride as treatment group and 60 cases by Tiapride only as control group. The treatment continued for 6 months, the cases were followed - up for another 6 months. Results: 43 cases (71. 67% ) accomplished treatment in treatment group and only 21 cases (35. 00% ) in control group ( P < 0. 05) . A follow - up of 6 months after suspension oi drug showed that 29 cases (48. 33% ) avoided narcotic retaking in treatment group and only 9 cases (15. 00% ) in control group ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: BHT possesses marked effect on avoidance of narcotic retaking after heroin abstinence.
