养血通经方治疗继发性闭经50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养血通经方对继发性闭经的疗效。方法:对50例患者以养血通经方随症加减治疗,并与27例西药治疗作为对照组。观察血清放射免疫测定促滤泡成熟激素（FSH）、促黄体生成激素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）治疗前后定量变化及比较临床疗效。结果:治疗后大部分病例指标均改善,但2组临床疗效比较,差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）,治疗组优于对照组。结论:养血通经方能调节内分泌功能,改善下丘脑、垂体、卵巢等功能性障碍,增强促性腺激素的分泌,对闭经有较好疗效。ve: To observe the curative effect of Yangxue Tongjing Fang(YTF) for secondary amenorrhea. Methods: 50 cases were treated by modified YTF accordingly and 27 cases by western medicine as control. Serum follicle - stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and estradiol (E2) Were detected by ra-dioimmunoassay before and after treatment and the curative effect was compared. Results: After treatment, the indexes of most cases were improved, but the curative effect was more obvious in treatment group than in control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: YTF can regulate endocrine function, alleviate the dysfunction of hypothalamus, hypophysis and ovary, enhance the secretion of gonadotropin, and possesses good effect for amenorrhea.
