摘　　要：目的评价临床路径在膝关节镜术中实施的效果 ,为患者选择最佳的医疗模式及管理模式。方法将实施临床路径后膝关节镜手术病人的住院天数、医疗费用 ,医疗照顾品质及患者满意度进行比较。结果实施临床路径后 ,患者的住院天数明显缩短 ,医疗费用下降 ,而医疗照顾品质及患者满意度有较大幅度的提高。结论临床路径在临床实施切实可行 ,值得推广。Objectives To evaluate the effect of clinical path methods on patients undergone keen operation through arthroscope ,and to select the best medical and managing model.Method The days of hospitalization,medical care quality,medical cost and degree of patient's satisfaction were compared before and after the applying of clinical path methods for keen operation through arthroscope . Results With the application of clinical path methods ,the days of hospitalization and the medical cost decreased significantly.Moreover,the medical care quality and the satisfactory degree of patients increased apparently. Conclusion The clinical path methods are practicable and effective in keen operation through arthoscope.
