选择性PTCA及冠脉内支架置入术的护理探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨对选择性PTCA及冠脉内支架置入术患者的整体护理。方法回顾性分析 1999年 3月～2 0 0 1年 3月在我院实施经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术 (PTCA)及冠状动脉内支架术 (Stenting)的 86例患者的临床资料 ,重点总结此术式患者主要的护理诊断和措施。结果通过接受健康宣教及精心的治疗和整体护理 ,本组实施PTCA+支架术的 86例患者顺利康复 ,无护理并发症发生。结论运用护理程序做好患者住院评估、心理护理、术前准备、术中监护、术后护理 ,是提高PTCA及支架术的临床护理质量 ,改善患者生活质量的关键。Objectives To explore the holistic nursing care for selective patients with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) and stenting .Method Retrospective analysis was made on 86 cases with PTCA and senting operation from March 1999 to March 2001 within the hospital.And summarize the major nursing diagnosis method and nursing intervention for those patients. Result All of the 86 cases patients were recovered by accepting health education, better treatment and holistic nursing care ,no nursing complication was occurred. Conclusion Hospitalization assessment based on nursing procedure ,psychological nursing ,preparation of pre-operation ,observation during operation and nursing after operation should be done accordingly.It's the key to improve the clinical nursing quality and patient's living quality with PTCA and stenting operation.
