摘 要:目的探讨降低输液室空气细菌含量的最佳方法。方法采用自然通风、“84”液喷雾、紫外线照射 3种方法对输液室进行清洁、消毒。结果“84”液喷雾和紫外线照射对空气消毒有效 ,但不能持久 ,房间消毒使用后 4h细菌数基本恢复到消毒前的状态。自然通风能有效降低室内空气细菌含量 ,只要每天通风 2h以上 ,室内细菌数就能〈5 0 0cfu m3,符合卫生部规定的标准。结论自然通风可取代紫外线、化学消毒剂在普通病室中的空气消毒 ,方法简单、实用 。Objective To study the best way to reduce bacterial content in the air of transfusion rooms.Method the air sterilizing of transfusion room were done by means of natural ventilation,spraying of'84'disinfecting fluid and ultraviolet irradiation respectively,then the sterilizing effect were compared. Result The air sterilizing by spraying of'84'disinfecting fluid and ultraviolt irradiation were effective,but it's couldn't last long time.The bacterial content was restored 4 hours after air sterilizing.The bacterial content can be reduced by natural ventilation,2 hours ventilation daily will keep the room's air becterial content less than 500 cfu/m 3,which is the hygiene standard set by ministry of health. Conclusion Natural ventilation is a sample,effective,convenient and practicable way for air sterilizing,It can take the place of ultraviolet irradiation and chemical disinfectant to sterilizing the air in common wards.
