摘　　要：目的　观察血管扩张药国产乌拉地尔—利喜定治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法　对收治的充血性心力衰竭患者 30例使用利喜定持续 2 4h泵入治疗 ,同时应用洋地黄制剂、利尿剂。利用无创心功能监测仪监测治疗前和治疗 2 4h后的心率、血压、心排量、心脏指数、肺毛压、总外周阻力并观察临床症状的变化。结果　治疗前和治疗 2 4h后 ,心率、血压、心排量、心脏指数、肺毛压、总外周阻力及临床症状均有显著改善 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　利用利喜定治疗充血性心力衰竭 ,短期内可使外周血管阻力下降 ,从而减轻心脏的前后负荷 ,改善心脏功能。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of urapidil hydrochlride injection on patients with congestive heart failure.Methods Thirty patients with congestive heart failure received urapidil hydrochloride injection by micropump for 24 h combined with digitalic and diuretic.BP,HR,CI,CO,PCWP and TPR from pretreatment to 24 h after therapy were detected by non-invasive cardiac function monitoring meter to observe the changes of clinical symptoms.Results Twenty-four hours after therapy,BP,HR,CO,CI,PCWP,TRP and clinical symptoms were significantly improved.Conclusion Urapidil hydrochloride injection can decreace peripheral vascular resistance in short-term,thus relieve anterior and posterior cardiac loading and improve the cardiac function.
