邦愈生物敷料在烧伤创面的临床应用

摘　　要：目的　为烧伤创面的修复寻求良好的生物覆盖材料。方法　通过应用邦愈生物敷料和洗必太酒精猪皮覆盖三度烧伤切削痂手术创面、深浅二度烧伤创面以及感染创面的比较 ,观察两种生物敷料与创面贴附是否紧密、溶解、占位、脱水、积液积血情况 ,以及坏死组织脱落快慢和创面愈合时间。结果　邦愈生物敷料与创面贴附紧密 ,无溶解、占位、脱水情况 ,创面愈合提前4～ 5天。结论　邦愈生物敷料是一种较为理想的生物覆盖材料 。Objective To prepare a perfect biological dressing for the coverage of burn wounds.Methods To compare Bang Yu biological dressing with non vitalized porcine skin were covered with excise escher wound of third degree burn wounds,superficial and deep partial thickness burn wounds and infection wounds.They were observed by stick with the wound,dehydration,necrosis tissue fall off and the time of wound healing.Results The time of wound healing was 5 days early in Bang Yu biological dressing than non vitalized porcine skin.Conclusion Bang Yu biological dressing was a good biological dressing for coverage of burn wounds.It was similar with allo skin for coverage of burn wounds.
