摘　　要：目的　探讨海普林软膏对Ⅱ度烧伤的治疗作用。方法　治疗组外用海普林软膏 ,对照组行常规治疗 ,比较两组治疗方法的效果。结果　治疗组创面洁净 ,炎症反应轻 ,创面愈合提前 ,瘢痕增生不明显。两组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。Objective To explore The effect of Hpudiod cream on second degree burn wound.Methods The patients with burn wounds were divided into treatment and control groups.The Hpudiod cream was used in 481 cases of patients,190 cases in control group were treated with routine methods.Results In treatment group,the burn wounds were clean and the recation of inflammation was slight. Hpudiod cream could promote healing of the burn wounds,indicating significant difference in two groups(P<0.001).Conclusion We considered that Hpudiod cream is suitable for the burn wounds healing.
