摘　　要：目的探索地方性甲状腺肿伴有单纯性结节的非手术疗法。方法采用结节内注射32P胶体方法治疗地方性甲状腺肿伴单纯性结节42例(均为女性)。结果1次治愈率47.62%,显效率28.57%,总有效率97.62%。2次治疗总治愈率73.81%,总有效率100%。结论32P胶体注射治疗地方性甲状腺肿伴单纯性结节的疗效主要与个体差异、32P胶体用量及注射液体积、注射手法和两次治疗间隔时间等因素有关。32P胶体结节内注射后长时间滞留于局部,不会吸收入血,可重复多次治疗。Objective Explore an non -operation method to t reat the Simple node of local thyreon cus.Methods The sample nodes of local thyreoncus 42c ases(all women)were treated by injecting 32 P -colloid in nodes.Results The cure rate47.62%and the notable curative effe ct 28.57%were obtained within the fi rst injection.The total cure rate 73.81%and the total effective rate 100%were obtained by two times injection.Conclusions The curative effect of simple node of local thyreoncus by injectting 32 P -colloid was mainly related to the i ndividual difference,the dose of 32 P -colloid,the volume of injection l iquid,the skill of injection and the interval t ime between the first injection and t he second injection.[
