芬必得治疗地方性氟骨症的Ⅱ期临床研究

摘　　要：目的根据地方性氟骨症防治实际,探索治疗骨关节损害的药物。方法在改水或不改水中、重病区选择100例氟骨症病人作为治疗组给予芬必得,300mg,po,bid,设对照组给予苁蓉片,1.2g,po,bid。疗程4W。采用“新药(西药)临床研究指导原则”中所述方法与标准,结合地方性氟骨症症状体征表现进行观察与疗效评价。观察了2种药物的总体疗效,起效时间,副作用,患者对药物的耐受性。结果芬必得组有效率100%,苁蓉片对照组有效率86.49%(P<0.005)。芬必得组起效时间在1W内,副作用率20.00%;苁蓉片组起效时间在7～15d,副作用率35.14%。2组患者对药物的耐受性均较好。结论芬必得是治疗地方性氟骨症的有效药物,其效果明显优于苁蓉片。Objective According to state of prevention,tr eatment of fluorosis,we search for t he medicine of treatment joint harm of endemic skeletal fluorosis.Methods In alterd water or no disease area ,we selected 100patients which have sym p-tom and sign of endemic skeletal fluorosis using Fenbid 300mg,po,bid as t reatment group,at the same time,using Congrong tablet1.2g,po,bid as control group.We emp loyed'guide principle of the clinical stud y of new drug(Western medicine)'and combined clinical manifestation of endemic s keletal fluorosis observation and e valuated its effect.We observed total curative effect of two kinds of medicines,time of taking effect,side effect and the patients re action of adaplability on medicines.Results The effective rate was 100%in Fenbid group,and the effective rate was 86.49%in Congron g tablet group(P<0.005).The time of taking ef-fect was during 1w and the rate of side effect was 20.00%in Fenbid group.The time of taking effect was during 7～15d and the rate of the side effect was 35.14%in C ongrong tablet group.The patience o n medicine of the patients of two grou p were fine.Conclusions Fenbid is effection medicine on trea ting endemic skeletal fluorosis and its effection was better than Congro ng tablet.[
