摘　　要：在上海市的经济发展过程中 ,逐步摸索了一系列的筹资方式。这些方式的运用 ,为上海市的经济质量全面提升 ,起到了重要作用。本文分析了上海市采用的各种筹资方式 ,并对上海市今后可优先选择的筹资方式提出了建议。In the course of its economic development,Shanghai has searched out a series of financing modes,the application of which has played an important part in the all round enhancement of the quality of Shanghai's economics.This paper analyzed the various financing the various financing modes Shanghai employed,made a detailed comparison between their merits and demerits in particular and put forward a proposal for the selection of financing modes,which Shanghai may adopt in future.
