摘  要:为保证三峡电站大容量干式励磁变压器满足发电机励磁系统运行工况的要求 ,对其开展了专项科研攻关 ;通过研究 ,系统解决了大容量干式励磁变压器参数优化、谐波含量及谐波损耗计算等技术难题。完成了迄今国际上容量最大的单相干式励磁变压器祥机的设计、制造和试验验证 ,性能技术指标及对整流谐波附加损耗和过热研究的定量分析计算等研究成果得到试验验证。该研究成果已用于三峡左岸电站 。In order to guarantee that large-capacity dry excitation transformers can meet the requirements of the operation conditions for the excitation system of electric generators at the Three Gorges hydropower station,a special scientific research was conducted.Through this research,a series of difficult technical problems on parameter optimization and on calculation of the content and loss of harmonic waves,etc.have been solved.The design,manufacture and verification test of the sample prototype of the single-phase dry excitation transformer with the largest capacity in the world have been carried out.Technical indexes of behaviors and results from quantitative analysis and computation of additional harmonic loss and overheat due to rectification have been verified by means of test.
