摘　　要：商业企业经营方式灵活 ,业务复杂 ,信息蕴藏量大 ,在商业 MIS实施中信息分类和编码是一项十分重要工作。本文提出一种全面支持“精益管理”现代商业管理理想的信息分类、编码解决方案。该方案在商品编码中提出了“单品码”这一新的编码 。The commerce business management is flexibility,and the business is complicated,which is full of information,So it is very important to use the method of classify and coding in commerce MIS.This article puts forward a method of fine management which supports the idea of modern commerce mangegment in classify and coding .The method puts forward new coding of single coding .It can solve the problem of single unit accounting.
