摘 要:根据渗流力学和空气动力学捕集理论 ,深入分析了陶瓷颗粒尺寸对陶瓷过滤介质压降、渗透率和过滤效率等性能的影响 ,为合理选择陶瓷过滤介质的陶瓷颗粒尺寸提供了理论依据 .理论分析结果表明 ,当假定粒子为球形、陶瓷颗粒装填方式为单珠装填时 ,陶瓷介质的渗透率与陶瓷颗粒直径的二次方近似成正比 ,而压降与陶瓷颗粒直径的二次方近似成反比 .当不同的陶瓷颗粒混合使用时 ,其数量和直径大小应该保持一定的比值 ,否则将会破坏粒子间的排列方式 ,影响过滤效率 .对整体煤气化联合循环 (IGCC)陶瓷过滤元件的过滤介质来说 ,陶瓷颗粒直径为 2 0Based on the fluid mechanics in porous media and aerodynamics, the effects of the ceramic particle diameter on the pressure drop, permeability passing porous ceramic media, and filtering efficiency are analyzed. Theoretical fundamental is provided for selecting the ceramic particle diameters of ceramic filter media. Theoretical results show that when particles are supposed to be the shape of ball, and the filling mode of ceramic particles is single ball, the pervasion rate of ceramic media is proportional approximately to second power of ceramic particle diameter. But the pressure drops are approximately in inverse proportion to second power of ceramic particle diameter. When ceramic particles are mingled, the ratio of particle amount to diameter should keep constant, or the arrangement of particles will be disordered, thus decreasing the efficiency of filter. The ceramic particle diameter of 20 micrometers or so is suitable for the filter media used as the filters of the intergrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC).
