摘　　要：从数据库概况、来源期刊情况、主题词、副主题词及文献的主题侧重等方面对比分析了EM :D&P和IPA的特性 。A comparative study was made on the features of the databases of EM:Drug & Plarology (D & P) and IPA on the basis of their general condition, source journals, subject headings, subheadings and special emphasis laid on the subjects of literature in order to help pharmaceutical researchers and information workers select their databases.
