摘　　要：近年来 ,世界范围内新创办的科技期刊愈来愈多 ,数量和学术地位呈上升趋势 ,其文献内容更具时代特点。而目前在国内收藏的期刊尤其是近年来新创办的外文期刊还存在空白点 ,我国对国际重要学术期刊的收集还应进一步加强。对有关新创办期刊的出版信息收集、质量评价标准。More and more new and high academic rank biomedical journals have been founded in recent years over the world, and their content is noted for time′s features.But many of them, especially the new foreign journals, have not been collected in China's libraries. So we should strengthen the collection of internationally high-quality academic journals.Collection of publishing information, quality evaluation criteria, selection, and utilization of the new biomedical journals are also discussed.
