摘　　要：知识经济时代要求与之相适应的新的管理思想、管理模式和管理方法。图书馆作为信息知识的集散地在新技术的支持下 ,应发挥其收集、处理知识的资源和技术优势 ,并加强知识的开发、利用和创新以推进自身的发展 ,进而促进知识的交流和社会的发展。Knowledge economy era requires new manage idea,new manage mode and new manage method that are seasoned with it.Library is a place where knowledge information is collected and clerisy assemble.So library should exert it's advantage of resource and technology collecting and managing knowledge with new technology supporting and new economy era requiring.And library should strengthen development,using and innovation of knowledge to accelerate itself advances and enforces communication and society's progress.In our country,it will a uptrend that library first adopts idea of knowledge management and practise.
