摘　　要：本文指出古籍书目数据库的建设是一个长期的工作过程，在建库之前必须在建库原则、标准、软件、人员等方面做好充分的准备，才能保证数据的标准化和规范化，为实现资源共享打下良好的基础；并提出了在实际建库过程中应注意的具体问题。This article indicates that the database establishment of rare books is a long-term process, before which lots of preparations regarding the establis hing principle, standard, software, and personnel etc. shall be fully made, so a s to ensure the standardization and normalization of the data and build up a fir m foundation for realizing the resource sharing. Some concrete problems merit pa ying attention during the establishment process are presented in this article as well.
