摘　　要：网络环境下文献资源保障有两种不同认识，一是"网络中心论"；二是"书刊中心论"。本文分析认为，文献资源保障应该是"需求中心论"，即以用户信息需求为中心来建设文献信息资源。There are two kinds of the different cognizance about ensuring of the literature sources. The first is 'Centralize network' and the other is 'Central ize books and serials'. This paper considers after analyzing that ensuring of th e literature sources should be 'Centralize requirements', that is, we take the i nformation requirements of users as center in building sources of literature and information.
