摘　　要：本文从网络信息资源开发和利用的角度，详细介绍了中文网络搜索引擎以及我国数据库生产业的 发展现状以及存在的问题，并阐述了中文网络信息资源的开发与利用的发展前景。From the point of using and exploitation of Chinese network information resources, this pager introduced actuality of the development of the Chinese network search engine and database industry, and discussed the direction in using aod development of the Chinese network information resources.
