摘  要:以硅酸钠作硅源 ,以硫酸铈作铈源 ,以四甲基氢氧化铵作矿化剂 ,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作模板剂 ,在盐酸存在的温和条件下合成了 Ce-MCM-4 1中孔分子筛。用 XRD,低温 N2 吸附、FTIR和漫反射紫外可见光谱表征了其结构和基本物化性能 ,表明产物中铈已嵌入到 Ce-MCM-4 1的骨架中。在环己烷液相氧化反应中 ,Ce-MCM-4 1表现出一定的催化活性 ,反应时间 ,温度 。Ce containing mesoporous molecular sieve Ce MCM 41 was prepared using Na 2SiO 3 as silica source, CeSO 4·4H 2O as metal source, tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide as mineralizer and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as template in the presence of HCl. Physicochemical characterizations of this composite by powder X ray diffraction, FTIR and diffuse reflectance UV Vis spectroscopy verified that Cerium ion was incorporated into the framework of the MCM 41. Oxidation of cyclohexane with hydrogen peroxide as probe reaction proved that Cerium sitd inthe framework of Ce MCM 41 could afford the active sites with fairly high activity to promoting this reacte, but the conversion of cyclohexane also greatly depends upon the reaction time, temperature, concentration of oxidant and the amount of catalyst.
