摘　　要：针对石油销售过程中油品蒸发损耗的严重性,对装油过程的油气损耗规律进行了现场考察和实验室研究,结果表明:所用油罐未清洗的排放气体积分数率平均高达64.17％,是已清洗油罐的1.7倍;高位喷淋装油平均排放气的体积分数高达40.58％,比低位潜没装油高1.4倍,且排放出的油蒸气和空气的混合气夹带有油雾;已清洗油罐低位装油时的损耗率为0.37％,高位装油为0.8％。油品因轻质组分的蒸发排放使其质量降低,并污染环境。Considering the ponderance of oil evaporation loss, rules of oil and gas evaporation loss when loading and unloading are studied. The research shows that evaporation volume fraction in unpurged tanks reached 64.17% , about 1. 7 times of that of purged tanks. When overhead sprayed loading, the figure is at 40. 58 % , 2.4 times of that of low - lever submerged loading. And the mixture of oil evaporation and air carries oil fog. Loss rates of purged tanks are 0. 37% and 0. 8% when low - lever loading and overhead loading respectively. Loss of light fraction may degrade oil products and pollute environment.
