摘 要:报告一种研制的低温固化高温使用树脂体系 Xufyg- 4 4。用它成型复合材料层压制件时 ,固化温度低于 70℃ ,最终固化产物的玻璃化转变温度高于 2 0 0℃ 。A type of LTM resin system, which can be cured at low temperatures but has high temperature resistance Xufyg series, was formulated in this work, whose heat properties, curing degree and Tg which changes with storage time at room temperature and curing time at 60°C were reported by using DSC and DMTA. According to the result, Xufyg-44 is selected as representative. Then the curing processing of Xufyg-44 is decided by DMTA scanning. When it is used for manufacturing composite articles, the curing temperature can be lower than 70°C and the final cured product has a glass transition temperature higher than 200°C. It is found that both the mechanical properties of the resin casts and the dimension stability of composite articles during curing and post-curing are better.
