摘　　要：描述一种由作者提出的交流功率量值传递方法 ,它直接传递交流功率 ,同时传递交流电流和交流电压 (含有一定波形失真或特定波形的交流功率和交流电流、电压有效值 )。本方法适用于各级电能计量标准 (总不确定度为 0 0 1%～ 0 1% )的交流功率和交流电流、电压的量值传递 (量程扩展 ) ,特别适用于特定波形 (如IEC 10 36标准中规定的几种典型的波形 )A metrological transferring method of AC power proposed by the authors is described. The method can transfer AC power directly, and transfer AC current and voltage (the RMS of AC power, current and voltage with some distortion or special waveform ) at the same time. The method is suitable for transferring (range expanded) all classes of electric energy standards (total uncertainty is 0.01%～0.1%) of AC power, current and voltage, and especially for transferring the AC power under special waveform (such as several typical waveforms specified by IEC 1036).
